Rules: match the color or the number to play; action cards: Skip / Reverse / +2; Wild cards change the color, and a +4 can be challenged; when you're down to 1 card, remember to hit Call Solo — if you get caught, you draw 2 as a penalty. The first to empty their hand wins the whole prize pool.

Each player starts with 7 cards. Be the first to empty your hand to win the whole pot.
On your turn, play a card matching the top card's color or number. If nothing matches, draw from the pile.
You may draw even when you have a playable card. If the drawn card can be played, either play it or hit Pass to keep it and end your turn; if it cannot be played, you still end your turn with Pass (no more automatic pass). Note: you must draw before you can pass, and after drawing you may only play the card you just drew.
When you get down to 1 card, call UNO within ~6 seconds. If you miss it and an opponent challenges you, you draw 2; if you did call and they challenge anyway, they draw 2.
Only the penalized player may challenge. If the +4 player could legally have matched the color (cheating), they draw 4; if they truly couldn't, the challenger draws 6 more.
If a human player is inactive for 1 minute, AI takes over their turn. When the pile runs out, the discard pile is reshuffled to refill it (keeping the top card).
